Peter schubert

Peter Schubert began his work in end of life care as a member of the staff of Hospice House, 1986-90.

In 2019, he was a founding board member of Hopewell House, and is a volunteer in that residential care facility.

As a member of the Portland Oregon Peaceful Presence team, Peter likes to describe his role as a “grandpa doula”. Practical support, listening, memoir and legacy artistry, and activities calling for the simplicity of peaceful presence are his favored contributions.
